The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products/service you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court of Manukau NZ and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
All 8-10 sessions would be scheduled over a course with 1-2 weeks break in between. Please note that the sessions dates and times are tentatively booked as appointments. The days and times of sessions may be rearranged over negotiation over email or telephone if unexpected circumstances, such as unavailability of venue that may affect the commencement of these sessions.
General Health and Safety:
As part of health and safety during sessions, any possible health hazards or risk (epilepsy, seizures, asthma), which may need attention should be informed. This includes challenging behaviors issues arises at school or home, changes of medications, or other conditions that you think that may affect the sessions.
Rates and Fees:
To keep your tentative bookings for this service, payments must be made at least 24 hours before each session.
If we have not received your payment by this date, we will start the removal process for your tentative bookings.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee of $25 for any payment not received by the due date on invoice unless a prior arrangement has been made. All debt collection fees incurred by hiring a third party will be paid by the customer.
Should you can’t attend or any planned absence for the appointment, please notify us by email or telephone at least 48 hours before the scheduled session starts. If tentative scheduled sessions are cancelled less than 24 hours without valid or reasonable reasons, a $25 fee is payable to cover venue costs and administration fee unless a prior arrangement has been made. For cancellations made after a payment made, a replacement session will be arranged. Cancellations notified on the day of the Appointment, or where cancellation is not notified, or an Appointment is not attended will incur the full fee for that Appointment. Notice of cancellation of an Appointment scheduled for a day immediately following a weekend or public holiday must be received by us during business hours on the day prior to the weekend or public holiday or it will be considered to be less than 24 hours notice and will incur the $25 cancellation fee.
